Here we manufacture Fine Quality with world class Technology Aluminium Non-Stick, Hard Anodized, Stainless Steel Sandwich Bottom and Tri Ply Pressure Cookers Cookware’s, LPG Stoves, Injection Molded Bakelite Handles, Automatic Progressive line for SS Brackets and other SS components.

Our Plant is equipped with Modern Infrastructures and is managed by professionals with experience of over 40 years which ensures strict compliance of quality and production schedules backed by our controls through ERP We have our own tool room through which we are making constant efforts in Research Development of existing and new products.

Job Description

The Store In charge is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory, ensuring proper storage, issuance, and documentation of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts in a manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth operations in the store to support production and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

· Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials (raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods).

· Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages or overstocking.

· Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and other inventory control methods.

2. Store Operations:

· Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, pilferage, or deterioration.

· Organize the store layout for easy access and efficient material movement.

· Supervise loading/unloading of materials and verify quantities against delivery challans.

· Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

· Maintain up-to-date records (manual/ERP system) of stock movements, GRNs, issue slips, and returns.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management review.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

4. Team Supervision:

· Train and supervise storekeepers and helpers for efficient store operations.

· Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure productivity.

5. Cost Control & Process Improvement:

· Identify cost-saving opportunities (reducing wastage, optimizing inventory).

· Suggest process improvements for better store management.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Minimum Graduate in any Discipline

· Experience: 2-3 years in store management (manufacturing industry preferred).

· Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).

· Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

· Other: Knowledge of inventory control, safety standards, and basic accounting.

Working Conditions:

· Works in a warehouse/store environment.

· May require standing for long hours and handling heavy items.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Inventory accuracy (%)

· Stock turnover ratio

· Reduction in material wastage

· Timely issuance of materials

Ability to commute/relocate:

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
