Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Ayurveda PCD Franchise Marketing Manager to develop and expand our PCD franchise business across India.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying distributors, stockists, Ayurvedic doctors, medical representatives, pharmacies and business partners, generating franchise enquiries, converting leads into customers, and building long-term channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. PCD Franchise Business Development

Identify and approach new PCD franchise partners across India.
Generate leads through telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media, digital platforms and references.
Explain company profile, product portfolio, monopoly rights, pricing, margins, MOQ and franchise benefits.
Convert enquiries into confirmed PCD franchise orders.
Develop state-wise and district-wise franchise networks.

2. Distributor & Franchise Partner Management

Maintain regular communication with existing franchise partners.
Understand their product requirements and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products.
Follow up for repeat orders and increase customer lifetime value.
Resolve commercial, product and dispatch-related queries in coordination with internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists and franchise owners.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales plans.
Maintain an active sales pipeline.
Follow up systematically on all enquiries until conversion.
Increase average order value and repeat business.

4. Product Marketing

Present Ayurvedic product formulations, indications, pack sizes and commercial benefits to franchise partners.
Coordinate with the product/R&D team for new product requirements.
Support preparation of product catalogues, price lists, promotional material and WhatsApp marketing content.
Keep updated with market trends and competitor products.

5. Lead & CRM Management

Record every enquiry and follow-up in CRM/Excel.
Maintain lead status such as New → Contacted → Interested → Catalogue Shared → Negotiation → Order Confirmed → Repeat Customer.
Ensure timely follow-up with every prospective franchise partner.
Submit daily call and sales reports to management.

6. Market Expansion

Identify high-potential states, cities and districts for Ayurveda PCD expansion.
Develop territory-wise prospect databases.
Identify competitor pricing, product ranges and market opportunities.
Recruit franchise partners according to company territory strategy.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Ayurveda or related field preferred.
2–6 years of experience in PCD Pharma, Ayurvedic PCD, herbal, nutraceutical or healthcare sales.
Strong knowledge of PCD franchise / monopoly franchise business model.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, WhatsApp, email and online lead generation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Willingness to make high-volume calls and conduct regular follow-ups.
