Key Responsibilities

3D and CAD is must
Operate, set up, and program 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare CNC programs and optimize machining parameters for maximum efficiency.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
Perform machine setup, calibration, and trial runs before production.
Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program or setup adjustments.
Perform routine machine maintenance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with the design, engineering, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,763.75 per month
