Event Mixologist - Mumbai

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Event Mixologist to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for a variety of events, ranging from corporate gatherings to private parties and weddings. This role requires a creative individual with extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, coupled with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a diverse range of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
Develop and innovate new drink recipes and menus tailored to specific event themes and client preferences.
Set up and break down portable bar stations efficiently at various event locations across Mumbai.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage and track inventory of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for each event.
Handle cash and process payments accurately, if required, and maintain proper financial records.
Ensure responsible alcohol service, checking identification and monitoring guest consumption.
Collaborate with event planners and catering teams to ensure seamless beverage service delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve any beverage-related issues promptly and professionally during events.
Train and mentor junior bar staff or assistants when necessary.
