The candidate will work on fundraising and his KRA will be predominantly to raise funds for general purpose, SUHRC and Sanjivani (Woman empowerment).
He should have experience in similar positions for 10-15 years.
Excellent Proposal drafting and presentation skills are must.
Excellent English communication - verbal writing, draftin.
Very good in word ppt. Should be ready to learn new edge productivity AI tools.
Should be able to converse with HNI (alumni non alumni both), CSR heads of big firms, Government officials.
Should be able to arrange leadership meetings and CSR Visits to SCOPE, SUHRC. Engage meaningfully with the HNIs and CSR officials.
MSW or MBA degree preferable.
Can have worked for CSR fundraising in any field not necessarily only in Woman empowerment or healthcare. though it is a prefered domain.
Should have marketing angle - able to spot opportunities and get the social media marketing done from the Symbiosi team, vendors.
Should have working knowledge of 80G, CSR 1 certificates, Accounting and Finance concepts such as FCRA.
Should be ready to travel within India.
