LiveAltlife is a “Nutrition Therapy” company where we combine cutting-edge research with technology to address the root cause of metabolic disorders such as diabetes, obesity, PCOS, etc. These diseases affect over 300 million Indians and 1.5 billion people globally. We believe a problem of this magnitude needs a solution that can not only scale massively but also be effective and convenient at the same time.

Our solutions include Therapeutic Meals & Products delivered at home, Advanced Predictive Diagnostics, Nutrition Guidance, Health Coaching, and an Interactive App to help seamlessly navigate different solution components.

What we are looking for in the candidate:

Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills & Interpersonal skills
Well organized, Punctual, Detail Oriented approach
Multilingual proficiency is an advantage
Comfortable with technology & usage of scheduling & communication tools (MS Office)
Experience as an Executive Admin/Secretary of 2+ Years
Skilled at managing relationships with stakeholders across the board
High degree of Integrity, Professionalism, and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
Prior exposure/experience in any of the following will be a plus: Admin, Operations.

What will your primary responsibilities be:

Support the executives from the founding team & help them be more productive
Calendar scheduling & management,
Meeting Support – Agenda, Minutes etc.
Play a role in supporting various Operations, as instructed by the founding team
Coordinate with teams across the organization, as required
Take ownership of associated reporting & analytics

You have exceptional interpersonal skills & are great at oral as well as written communication
You have a high attention to detail and minutiae and can operate appropriately based on the context

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
