About Techlanz:Techlanz is a Bengaluru based company founded by IIT alumni with a core focus on next generation electric vehicle technologies. The company provides end-to-end engineering services, product- development support and advanced training & certification programs in EV space. Techlanz is also developing “Digital Twins” for Electric Vehicle applications like Battery Digital Twin, Vehicle Digital Twins.

Position Overview:We are looking for a driven and analytically strong Business Growth Intern who is passionate about startups, fundraising, and scaling businesses.
You will work closely with the Founders and leadership team on investor strategy, financial insights, and growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to venture capital fundraising, startup valuation, and real-world business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

Research and shortlist relevant venture capital firms, angel investors, incubators, and government grant schemes.
Assist in creating compelling pitch decks, investor briefs, and financial presentations.
Support in building financial models, valuations, and projected P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Analyze unit economics, pricing strategies, and market sizing for business verticals.
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and growth plans for new and existing business lines.
Participate in investor outreach, scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
Evaluate term sheets, fundraising documents, and due diligence requirements.
Conduct benchmarking and competitor financial analysis.
Maintain internal fundraising CRM and data room documentation.

Educational Qualification:

BBA / B.Com / B.tech / B.Sc (Finance / Economics / Maths preferred)
Strong interest in startups and fundraising
Prior exposure (internship/project) in finance, strategy, or business analysis is an advantage

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of financial statements and business fundamentals
Basic knowledge of startup valuation and fundraising lifecycle
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (financial projections)
Ability to support pitch deck preparation and financial storytelling
Understanding of equity basics (SAFE, CCD, cap table concepts)
Strong analytical and research skills
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
