ILO Consulting is an investment banking company headquartered in New Delhi with offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and with excellent access to international investors and companies within the European Union, USA and China. ILO Consulting is the Indian partner of Madrid Headquartered ONEtoONE Corporate Finance. We have engineered some landmark Joint Venture and arrange for major funding deals from various parts of the world.

We are seeking motivated interns to join our Investment Banking team. This role offers hands-on exposure to market research, deal analysis, outreach, and preparation of client materials, providing an excellent learning opportunity in corporate finance and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities:

Carry out extensive industry or company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible investment banking mandates.
Prepare detailed reports, market overviews, and investor profiles.
Outreach to potential companies via email or phone as required.
Assist in developing investment memoranda, pitch decks, teasers, management presentations for ongoing transactions.
Track sector trends, market developments, and deal activity.

Qualification:

Pursuing MBA / CA / CFA / Graduation in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong research, analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
