Job Description – Back Office Executive

Position: Back Office Executive
Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for documentation, data entry, report preparation, coordination, maintaining records, and providing operational support to various internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong MS Excel skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.

· Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.

· Prepare, update, and maintain reports, trackers, and databases.

· Manage documents, files, and other office records systematically.

· Maintain and update MS Excel sheets and internal databases.

· Coordinate with HR, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.

· Handle official emails, follow-ups, and routine communication.

· Collect and organize required information from different teams.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

· Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

· Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company information.

· Support other administrative and operational activities as required by management.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

· Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Good typing and data-entry skills.

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

· Good communication and coordination abilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Basic knowledge of email communication and office documentation.

Preferred Skills

· Good knowledge of Excel functions, formatting, sorting, and filtering.

· Ability to maintain trackers and reports.

· Strong documentation and record-management skills.

· Good time-management and multitasking abilities.

· Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
