e are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Computer Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional IT literacy and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs that empower learners to master standard computer applications while leveraging Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Copilot) to maximize workplace efficiency and creativity.Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design modern training modules combining core computer skills (MS Office, cloud tools) with Generative AI applications (prompt engineering, AI-driven automation).
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging in-person and virtual workshops, lectures, and hands-on lab sessions for diverse audiences.
- AI Integration: Teach learners how to ethically and effectively integrate AI tools into their daily workflows to boost productivity.
- Material Creation: Build comprehensive learning aids, including video tutorials, step-by-step guides, cheat sheets, and practical exercises.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create quizzes and practical assignments to evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay Updated: Continuously research emerging AI trends, updates, and tools to keep the training curriculum cutting-edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command over core computer operations, operating systems, and office productivity suites (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
- Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with major LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude), AI image generators, and AI coding or automation assistants.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to teach the art of writing precise, effective prompts to achieve optimal AI outputs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in teaching, corporate training, or specific AI methodologies.
- Prior experience as a Technical Instructor, Corporate Trainer, or Computer Teacher.
- Basic understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and intellectual property guidelines.
