Full job description

Junior HR Recruiter

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Belapur – Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Understand job requirements and candidate profiles from hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Search, screen, and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/HRMS records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate offer documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
Support the HR team in achieving monthly recruitment targets.
Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
Assist with other HR activities and recruitment-related tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, MBA (Any degree)
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
