Tandemloop Technologies builds AI-powered software for the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industry. Our flagship product CADVISOR is an AI copilot for mechanical engineers, automating standards lookup, schematic data extraction, and CAD model generation. Our clients include L&T, Merck, and Stanley Black & Decker, and we're an NVIDIA Inception partner.
We've delivered ₹1.5Cr+ in engineering services to Fortune 500 companies and are now scaling CADVISOR as a SaaS product targeting engineering teams across India, US, and Europe.
You'll own the entire CADVISOR sales pipeline, from identifying target accounts to closing deals. This is not an order-taking role. You will build the pipeline from scratch, run your own outreach, demo the product, and close enterprise customers. You'll also support our Mechanical Engineering services pipeline as a secondary focus (same target companies, different offering).
You'll report directly to the founder/CEO and will be the first dedicated sales hire. If you perform, you'll build and lead the sales team.

Prospect independently — Research and identify target accounts (engineering and manufacturing companies with 50-10,000 employees), build contact lists, and qualify leads. No one will hand you a list.

Run outbound campaigns — Build and execute multi-step email sequences and LinkedIn outreach using Apollo. Write compelling, personalized messaging that gets responses.

Demo the product — Present CADVISOR to engineering leaders (VP Engineering, CAD Managers, Design Leads) and articulate how it solves their specific problems.

Manage the pipeline — Track all activity in Hubspot CRM. Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts.

Close deals — Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and drive urgency.

Visit clients in person — Travel to client offices for presentations, relationship building, and deal closure. Primarily within India, occasional international travel.

Support ME Services sales — Identify opportunities to cross-sell our engineering services (3D modeling, piping design, CAD automation) to the same target accounts.
Must-have:

3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to engineering, manufacturing, or technical buyers

Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline, you've built your own leads, not relied on inbound or marketing-generated lists

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outbound tools (Apollo or similar)

Excellent English communication,spoken and written. You'll be pitching to C-level and VP-level buyers

Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and handling rejection daily

Willingness to travel for client meetings (2-4 times/month)
Strong plus:

Experience selling to engineering or manufacturing companies

Understanding of CAD/PLM/engineering workflows (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to learn the domain fast)

Sold a product in a new/emerging category where you had to educate the market

Experience at an early-stage startup where you were the first or second sales hire
