We’re building to be number one.We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead - Account Executive to lead our Super Small Business (SSB) segment. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong track record of closing SaaS deals themselves and is excited to coach and mentor a small team of 4-6 junior AEs.

What Matters to Us

Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue, win rate, and sales cycle KPIs through strong individual selling and team leadership.
Strong AE fundamentals with a consultative & value-selling approach across the sales process (prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, etc.).
Ability to coach, mentor, and build strong sales fundamentals in junior/fresher AEs.
Ability to build trust, create a positive team culture, and reinforce high performance through hands-on coaching.
Willing to collaborate with marketing, CS, and product on feedback loops and customer insights.

What You’ll Do

Own your team's quota and help close SSB deals to achieve organisation's revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4-6 junior AEs selling to SSB recruitment agencies.
Run weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, call reviews, skill coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
Help junior AEs develop strong fundamentals across prospecting, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Step into deals yourself by joining and leading calls alongside AEs.
Own CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, pipeline reviews, and sales process discipline.
Work alongside the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales to build SSB playbooks, sales processes, and GTM alignment.
Share customer and market insights with Marketing, CS, and Product to continuously improve the sales motion.

Expected Outcomes Within 30-60 Days

Run deals yourself end-to-end to deeply understand Recruiterflow’s sales motion, ICP, competitive landscape, market & industry.
Master the product, value proposition, pricing, and sales methodology.
Build credibility with the AE team through active deal participation and visible coaching.
Identify quick wins in sales process, forecasting, pipeline management, and AE coaching.
Establish a structured coaching and deal-review cadence for the junior AE team.
After 60 days, take full ownership of the SSB team, along with team hiring and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

3- 5+ years in SaaS sales with 2+ years of strong hands-on AE experience and a proven closing track record.
Prior experience mentoring, leading, or managing junior/fresher AEs is preferred.
Strong track record closing SMB/SSB deals. Exposure to mid-market/enterprise deals is a plus.
Prior experience working in the US/UK markets.
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong player-coach mindset with the ability to balance individual sales performance with team leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA from a top-tier college is preferred.
