About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Airtel Black Inbound Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist Airtel Black customers with service-related queries, complaints, and requests.
Identify, analyze, and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update systems accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Languages Required: English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule

5 working days per week.
2 rotational weekly offs.
Rotational shifts as per business requirements.
