Job Description – Office Assistant / Office Boy / Office Support Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Company

Balaji Educational Services is a professional educational consultancy based in Bengaluru, helping students with higher education admissions across India. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Office Assistant to support our daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Deliver and collect documents from banks, courier offices, government offices, vendors, and other nearby locations as required.
Purchase office supplies and maintain stock of stationery and pantry items.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms for client meetings.
Handle courier dispatches and receive incoming deliveries.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.
Ensure the pantry, reception, and common areas are clean and well maintained.
Open and close the office as instructed by the management.
Carry out any other office support duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to read and write basic English or Kannada.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Good personal hygiene and a professional attitude.
Physically fit and willing to perform day-to-day office support activities.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of Bengaluru city routes.
Ability to communicate in Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi and basic English is preferred.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Courteous behaviour with staff, clients, and visitors.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday - 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Day shift
Weekly Sunday off
