We are looking for a science graduate with a strong interest in field sales to join our growing team as an Andrology Technician – Field Sales.
This role is designed for candidates from a B.Sc, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences background who want to move beyond a traditional lab role and build a long-term career in medical device sales, clinical product demonstrations, and on-ground doctor engagement.
You will be the face of Androwash in the field. Your work will directly impact how gynecologists, IVF centers, and hospitals adopt advanced sperm washing technology in their daily practice.

Visit gynecologists’ clinics, IVF centers, and hospitals for on-site demonstrations of the Androwash system

Explain product features, clinical benefits, and workflow integration in simple, practical, and doctor-friendly language

Support doctors, embryologists, and lab teams during trial runs, pilot usage, and early adoption stages

Actively work with the ground sales team to increase product visibility, usage, and conversion

Build long-term professional relationships with gynecologists, IVF specialists, embryologists, and lab technicians

Act as a trusted technical resource during product discussions and evaluations

Train lab technicians and clinical staff on sperm washing techniques and semen preparation using Androwash

Provide hands-on guidance for day-to-day usage, best practices, and troubleshooting

Handle technical questions related to semen analysis, sample preparation, and device performance

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clinics and hospitals adopting Androwash

Support clinics during audits, internal reviews, or clinical discussions related to sperm processing

Assist in product testing, validation, and field-level performance evaluation

Support protocol optimization for semen analysis and sperm preparation workflows

Collect structured clinical feedback from doctors, embryologists, and lab teams

Identify recurring challenges or improvement areas from real-world usage

Share insights and observations with the R&D, product, and leadership teams to support continuous improvement

Maintain accurate records of field visits, demos conducted, trainings delivered, and clinical feedback

Prepare visit summaries, demo reports, and training documentation as required

Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, technical support, and R&D teams

Represent the company in a professional manner during clinic visits, meetings, and scientific discussions

Ensure timely follow-ups with clinics after demonstrations and training sessions

B.Sc (Science), Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Andrology Technician
or a related scientific discipline

Strong interest in field sales, medical device demonstrations, and on-ground doctor engagement

Willingness to travel extensively for clinic and hospital visits

Basic knowledge or training in andrology Technician, semen analysis, or sperm washing (preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex scientific or technical concepts in simple, clear, and practical language

Confidence in interacting with doctors, lab staff, and clinical teams

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with reporting and documentation
Freshers with a strong interest in sales, clinical exposure, and healthcare technology are encouraged to apply.

Experience working with IVF centers, fertility clinics, or andrology Technician labs

Knowledge of ART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) such as IUI and IVF workflows

Prior exposure to medical device sales, clinical demo roles, application specialist roles, or technical support

Hands-on experience with semen analysis or lab-based reproductive procedures
