Job Title: Junior Resident Medical Officer (Junior RMO) – MBBSJob Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Junior Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide high-quality inpatient and emergency medical care under the guidance of senior consultants. The candidate will support clinical management, ensure timely documentation, and contribute to safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, examine, and monitor admitted patients.
Provide initial evaluation and emergency medical care.
Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and clinical interventions.
Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols and consultant guidance.
Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, and discharge summaries.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and Code Blue situations.
Coordinate with nursing staff and allied healthcare professionals for patient management.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education activities.

Qualifications

MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
0–2 years of clinical experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Required Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergencies.
Basic knowledge of emergency medicine and inpatient care.

Job Title: Senior Resident Medical Officer (Senior RMO) – MBBSJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to manage inpatient care, provide emergency medical services, supervise junior doctors, and support consultants in delivering quality healthcare. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to handle critical situations independently.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients admitted across various specialties.
Provide emergency and critical medical care as required.
Conduct daily ward rounds and coordinate patient management with consultants.
Supervise and mentor Junior RMOs and interns.
Prescribe medications, investigations, and treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
Perform bedside procedures within the scope of practice.
Respond to emergency calls and Code Blue activations.
Ensure timely documentation, discharge summaries, referrals, and medico-legal records.
Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety policies.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

Qualifications

MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid NMC or State Medical Council registration.
3–5 years of clinical experience as an RMO, Duty Doctor, or in a hospital setting.

Required Skills

Strong clinical decision-making and emergency management skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage critically ill patients and medical emergencies.
Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality protocols.
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is an advantage.
