Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven AR Caller to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing outstanding insurance claims, following up with insurance companies regarding claim status, resolving denials, identifying payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely reimbursement from payers. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the US healthcare billing process, insurance guidelines, denial management, and payer follow-up procedures.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Follow-Up.
Denial Management
- Investigate claim denials and identify root causes.
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
- Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims.
- Follow up on appealed claims until final resolution.
- Maintain denial logs and recommend corrective actions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
