ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Admin / Front Office Executive, is responsible for organizing office operations, managing filing systems, and handling invoicing and payment collection. Key tasks include coordinating with clients and staff, managing patient appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves overseeing office supplies, coordinating with the office boy, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage office administration, including filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Handle front office tasks such as calls, visitor management, and patient appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment collection activities.
- Maintain and monitor office supplies, stationery, and pantry consumables.
- Supervise office support staff, including the office boy.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?

- A minimum educational qualification of Graduation would be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or front office roles, in a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry or billing software.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
