Designation : Associate/Analyst/Sr. Analyst Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai Shift : Night Voice/Non Voice Skill : NV Job Summary : Need to check/verify the accuracy and completeness of all appraisal documents and coordinate with the Clients Doc Management Team in order to place a request/obtain an Appraisal and answer queries from the Appraisal Management company. Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
1. Knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry
2. Knowledge of different types of mortgage’s, its functioning and the documents involved in Mortgage Processing
3. Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stake holders.
4. Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation.
5. Should be able to effectively use a computer and have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities : 1. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all origination reports.
2. Identify red flags and notify processor.
3. Review Appraisal status in RealEC
4. Communicate with doc management to get timely status and appraisal documents.
5. Review underwriting conditions and work accordingly.

Education Qualifications: 1. Graduation Mandatory Additional Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1year above of work experience in mortgage industry.
2. Willingness to work in Night Shifts based on Client requirement
3. Willingness to work on weekends based on client requirement.
