Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom teaching, practical demonstrations, and clinical instruction for B.Sc. Nursing, P.B.B.Sc. Nursing, and M.Sc. Nursing students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain course files as per institutional and regulatory requirements.
Supervise students during clinical postings in affiliated hospitals and community health settings.
Conduct internal assessments, practical examinations, and evaluate student performance.
Guide and mentor students in academic, clinical, research, and professional development activities.
Participate in curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct and publish research, present papers at conferences, and encourage evidence-based nursing practice.
Organize seminars, workshops, continuing nursing education (CNE) programmes, and faculty development activities.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, and documentation as per institutional policies.
Participate in admission processes, examination duties, accreditation activities (INC, KNC, NAAC/NABH as applicable), and other academic/administrative responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with the norms and guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC), Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC), and the affiliated university.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal/Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
