About the Role

Sky Dental Clinic is a premier multi-specialty dental chain in Bengaluru, known for integrating advanced technology with compassionate patient care. We are looking for a motivated and skilled clinic head to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, assisting our specialists in complex surgeries, and utilizing our in-house 3D CBCT/OPG diagnostics to ensure treatment precision.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Perform routine dental procedures including scaling, polishing, simple extractions, and composite restorations (veneers and bonding).
Diagnostics: Operate and interpret in-house 3D CBCT and OPG scans to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Specialist Support: Assist senior consultants and maxillofacial surgeons in complex cases such as full-mouth implant rehabilitations and jaw fracture management.
Consultation: Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the benefits of modern treatments like Invisalign and laser dentistry.
Clinic Operations: Maintain strict sterilization protocols and ensure all clinical records are digitally updated.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized university.
Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience is preferred, though exceptional freshers with strong clinical fundamentals are welcome.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic restorative and endodontic procedures. Familiarity with digital X-rays and dental software is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain complex procedures to patients in a friendly and reassuring manner.
Mindset: A strong desire to learn advanced dentistry (Implants, Aligners, and 3D diagnostics).
