We have urgent req1uirement for Picker & Packer for Garment Industry @ Yeshwanthpur.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking: Locating items from shelves, bins, or inventory areas based on digital lists or pick sheets.
Packing & Shipping: Preparing items for shipping by selecting the right box, adding cushioning materials (bubble wrap, peanuts), and sealing packages securely.
Inspection & Quality Control: Checking products for damages, defects, or shortages before they are sent to customers.
Labeling & Documentation: Applying shipping labels, scanning barcodes, and updating inventory systems to show the order is fulfilled.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the workstation clean, organized, and safe.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, frequently bend, stoop, and lift items (often up to 50 lbs).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to picking the correct items, quantities, and ensuring items are damage-free.
Time Management: Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Technical Literacy: Ability to use handheld scanners, computers, and warehouse management software (WMS).
Teamwork & Communication: Collaborating with team members for optimal workflow. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
