We are looking for a highly creative, execution-oriented professional who can build our brands through content, creator collaborations, AI-powered marketing, and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms for multiple company brands.
Plan monthly content calendars and growth strategies.
Create engaging content ideas, campaigns, and reel concepts.
Monitor trends and identify viral content opportunities.

Content Creation & Production

Plan, organize, and execute content shoots.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and creators.
Create healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, and lifestyle-focused content.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Creator & Influencer Collaborations

Identify and connect with local, regional, and metro-city creators.
Negotiate collaborations and partnership deals.
Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to final content delivery.
Build a strong network of creators for long-term brand promotion.

AI & Digital Marketing

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Gemini, Midjourney, and similar platforms to improve content quality and productivity.
Generate content ideas, scripts, captions, and campaign concepts using AI.
Stay updated with emerging AI and social media trends.

Brand Growth

Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and customer acquisition.
Analyze content performance and optimize future campaigns.
Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content formats.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently manage shoots and creator collaborations.
Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.
Passion for building brands through content and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, personal care, D2C, or consumer brands.
Knowledge of basic photography, videography, and video editing.
Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Performance Expectations

Consistent content production across all brands.
Regular creator collaborations and influencer partnerships.
Increased social media reach, engagement, and followers.
Strong contribution toward brand awareness and sales growth.
