Job Title: Project Management Trainee Executive

Department: Project Management / Operations

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Bhilai (Chhattisgarh)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Operation Head

Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers can also apply)

Salary / Stipend Range: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Education (Required): BE / BTech (Any Branch) | MTech (Any Branch)
Strong preference for candidates with good English and Hindi communication skills.

We are hiring Project Management Trainee Executives / Interns (Freshers) who are eager to learn and build a career in project execution and operations. Training will be provided. The candidate will support project teams in site coordination, daily reporting, manpower planning, resource tracking, project supervision, and documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, disciplined, and comfortable with field work and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Site Visit & Project Coordination

Visit project sites regularly, support site engineers, understand daily work progress, and ensure smooth coordination with the site team.

2) Daily Project Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily project updates, site visit reports, work status summaries, and share structured reporting with management for review.

3) Manpower Planning & Tracking Support

Assist in manpower planning, monitor attendance, track deployment status, and support manpower requirements based on project timelines.

4) Resource Planning & Material Coordination

Support tracking of tools, materials, and equipment requirements, and coordinate with stores and purchase teams for availability.

5) Project Supervision Support

Support supervisors and project managers in monitoring site activities, ensuring tasks are executed as per plan and priority.

6) Work Progress Monitoring & Escalation

Track progress at site, identify gaps or delays, and escalate concerns to the reporting manager with proper and timely updates.

7) Vendor / Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for work planning, scheduling, manpower availability, and follow-up on pending tasks.

8) Planning & Task Follow-Up

Maintain daily activity planning, follow up on action points, and ensure pending tasks are completed within committed timelines.

9) Learning & Training Participation

Attend training sessions, understand project execution processes, and implement learnings in day-to-day project responsibilities.

Required Skills:

· Basic understanding of project execution and willingness to learn through on-site practical work

· Good communication in English and Hindi for reporting and coordination

· Strong discipline in reporting, follow-ups, and task completion

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication

· Ability to travel to project sites and work in field conditions

· Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and ownership mindset

Training & Growth Opportunity:

· Documentation, Excel trackers, and management reporting.
