We are looking for a creative and skilled Cinematographer / Videographer who can turn ideas into high-quality visual content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and digital advertising.
Job Summary
As a Cinematographer / Videographer, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and creating high-quality video content for our clients and our own digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should understand camera operation, lighting, composition, framing and storytelling, and should be comfortable shooting Instagram Reels, product videos, promotional videos, interviews, events and commercial content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots for clients across different industries.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals and other video equipment.
- Shoot Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, advertisements and brand content.
- Understand framing, composition, camera movements and visual storytelling.
- Set up and manage lighting and basic audio equipment during shoots.
- Work closely with the creative, social media and video editing teams.
- Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually appealing videos.
- Capture B-roll, product shots, lifestyle shots and behind-the-scenes content.
- Travel to client locations for shoots whenever required.
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, white balance and overall video quality.
- Maintain and handle camera and production equipment responsibly.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends, Reel formats and content styles.
- Coordinate with clients and team members during shoots to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in cinematography, videography or video production.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation and basic cinematography.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition and camera movement.
- Experience shooting content for Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.
- Knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless/Professional Cameras.
- Experience with gimbal, tripod, and basic lighting equipment.
- Good sense of visual storytelling and creative composition.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client shoots.
- A strong portfolio/showreel is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sony, Canon, Nikon, Blackmagic or similar cameras.
- Knowledge of cinematic lighting techniques.
- Experience shooting commercial or advertising content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content trends.
- Experience working with brands, agencies or production houses.
