Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding doctors, nurses, and support staff, including credentialing for medical professionals.
Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication to maintain a healthy workplace.
Performance Management: Assist in implementing appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting departmental heads.
Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
Training & Development: Coordinating programs for staff growth and skill enhancement.
Admin & Payroll: Managing employee files and records, attendance, compensation, and benefits administration.
HR Reporting: Preparing necessary reports and maintaining HR data systems.
