Job Title: School Admin & Accounts Officer

Location: Sector 37, Khandsa, Gurugram
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin & Accounts Officer to manage the administrative and accounting tasks of the school. The candidate should be able to handle daily office operations, maintain records, and assist with financial management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school
MIS and UDISE Portal
Maintain student records, files, and office documentation
Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents
Assist in the admission process and maintain student data
Support the organization of school events, meetings, and activities
Handle correspondence, emails, and office communication

Accounts Responsibilities

Maintain school fee records and collection details
Generate fee receipts and maintain payment records
Record daily financial transactions and expenses
Maintain vouchers and basic accounting entries
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Coordinate basic banking tasks when required

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage records and maintain confidentiality
Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Qualifications

Graduate degree (Commerce preferred)
2–3 years of experience in administration or accounts (school experience preferred)

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
