Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Professional with strong expertise in SAP FICO and end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in taxation, reconciliations, statutory audits, vendor/customer accounting, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical abilities, ownership of processes, and the capability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
What you can expect
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations in SAP (SAP FICO)

Perform TDS calculations, reconciliations, statutory deposits, and ensure tax compliance

Handle GST reconciliations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B) and support direct and indirect taxation activities

Manage domestic and overseas vendor payments, AP/AR reconciliations, and debit/credit note processing

Maintain fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, additions, and disposals

Independently manage banking transactions, journal entries, and Trial Balance finalization

Support statutory audits, financial reporting, provisions, and month-end/year-end closing activities

Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
What we are looking for
- Education:
- B. Com (Regular) or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience:
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts
- Experience working with SAP-based accounting processes

Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module and relevant T-Codes
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and direct/indirect taxation
- Understanding of statutory audit requirements and financial reporting
- Knowledge of fixed asset accounting and vendor payment processes

Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Conditional Formatting).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
