Position: Tech Support Executive( Immediate Joining)

Location: As per Company Requirement (Pan India Travel)
Reporting To: Technical Manager / Operations Head
Job Summary
The Tech Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support in electrical auditing, testing, commissioning, and engineering services. The role involves site execution, electrical testing, data collection, technical report preparation, estimation support, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical Report Preparation
- Prepare technical reports for:
- Electrical Safety Audits
- Energy Audits
- Power Quality Analysis
- Thermography Surveys
- Electrical Testing & Commissioning
- Compile site data and testing results into professional client-ready reports.
- Prepare observations, recommendations, executive summaries, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports.
2. Site Execution & Testing
- Execute and assist in electrical testing and commissioning activities at client sites.
- Perform testing of:
- Transformers
- HT/LT Switchgear
- Protection Relays
- Earthing Systems
- Power & Control Cables
- DG Sets
- Other Electrical Equipment
- Operate testing instruments safely and accurately.
- Follow company safety procedures and client site safety protocols.
- Coordinate with client representatives for smooth project execution.
3. Data Collection & Technical Analysis
- Collect electrical parameters, energy consumption data, load readings, and testing results.
- Record measurements accurately and maintain proper testing records.
- Analyze collected data and support preparation of technical findings and recommendations.
4. Site Survey & Estimation Support
- Conduct preliminary site surveys for audits, testing, and project execution.
- Collect technical information required for preparing techno-commercial proposals.
- Prepare:
- Quantity Take-Offs (QTO)
- Equipment Lists
- Scope of Work
- Assist in preparing quotations and cost estimates.
- Identify project execution requirements and site constraints.
5. Documentation & Technical Coordination
- Maintain project documentation, test reports, calibration certificates, and client records.
- Coordinate with field engineers and project teams for timely report completion.
- Ensure proper document control and record management.
6. Client Coordination
- Interact professionally with clients during site visits and project execution.
- Respond to technical queries related to testing activities and reports.
- Participate in technical discussions, project meetings, and presentations.
7. MIS & Administrative Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Track project status, pending activities, and report submissions.
- Support management by maintaining technical and operational MIS reports.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Electrical Testing
- Electrical Safety Audits
- Commissioning
- Technical Support
- Electrical Maintenance
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, testing methods, and safety practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
- Good technical report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site assignments across India.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
