Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Floor Incharge to oversee daily plant floor operations in our electric vehicle manufacturing facility. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining production and inventory records, supervising floor activities, and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Plant Manager and support daily plant operations.
- Maintain accurate records of material inward in inventory/stores and material issue data.
- Supervise and coordinate service activities within the plant.
- Ensure smooth workflow and manage operations in the absence of departmental heads when required.
- Analyze, inspect, and review operational issues to identify appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with spare parts, quality, dispatch, and service departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily inward and outward movement of materials on the production floor.
- Maintain and update the internal spare parts and inventory database for audit and reporting purposes.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal operational procedures.
- Support overall plant efficiency and maintain coordination among departments.
