Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to handle and nurture relationships with high-value clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring top-tier service delivery, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving client retention. This is a client-facing role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of ~30 high-value clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
Service Optimization
- Understand client goals and align service delivery accordingly.
- Ensure virtual assistant (VA) and service quality meets expectations.
- Suggest custom solutions based on client's business needs.
Retention and Upselling
- Identify and pitch additional services or plan upgrades.
- Actively reduce churn by addressing client concerns proactively.
Team Coordination
- Work with onboarding managers to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Coordinate with sales and service delivery teams to meet client expectations.
- Share client feedback internally to improve operations.
Reporting and CRM Management
- Track client metrics and maintain logs in Zoho CRM.
- Share performance insights with the Sales Director.
Client Advocacy
- Represent client needs internally and build long-term trust.
- Help in creating case studies and collecting client testimonials.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or client servicing.
- Prior experience with IT services, outsourcing, or virtual assistant solutions preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience working with clients in the USA, UK, or Canada.
- Familiarity with virtual assistant services and outsourcing processes.
