Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for corporate governance, legal compliance, board meeting coordination, and maintaining statutory records.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Organize Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and company documentation.
Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and other legal compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Draft resolutions, notices, and other corporate documents.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management accordingly.
Support management in corporate governance matters and policy implementation.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and certifications.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance procedures.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

Membership with ICSI is mandatory.
Experience in manufacturing/corporate industry preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and secretarial audit will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
