Full job description

Job Role: The Sales Development Representative will drive significant revenue growth by managing virtual sales opportunities, delivering impactful product demonstrations, converting high-potential leads, and securing mid-sized and large corporate client deals across the US, UK, and other global markets. The role demands substantial inside sales experience in SaaS, exceptional market understanding, and strategic client engagement skills to effectively position CaseFox/MatterSuite as a preferred legal practice management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct tailored virtual product demonstrations for senior decision-makers and influencers within prospective organizations.

2. Manage inbound leads, generate and qualify outbound leads proactively, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

3. Lead virtual negotiations and efficiently manage sales cycles to secure timely closures of mid-to-large value deals.

4. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in law firms and corporate legal departments internationally.

5. Accurately capture and document detailed customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups.

6. Prepare persuasive virtual proposals, quotations, and comprehensive contract documentation.

7. Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.

8. Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to strategically position CaseFox/MatterSuite.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.

2. Securing high demo-to-closure conversion rates.

3. Expanding market share within the US, UK, and global enterprise and corporate segments.

4. Maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction, and retention.

5. Managing a consistent, high-quality pipeline of leads.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Revenue targets achieved.

2. Number of virtual product demonstrations conducted.

3. Demo-to-closure conversion rate.

4. Number and value of mid-to-large corporate contracts secured.

5. Average length of virtual sales cycles.

6. Customer retention rates and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

7. Accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of CRM data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

● Minimum of 2 years of proven inside sales experience in SaaS.

● Demonstrated success in remotely managing and closing mid-to-large SaaS deals (minimum of 5+ closed SaaS deals).

● Proven ability to achieve sales revenue targets consistently.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills.

● Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

● Strong understanding and experience selling to international markets, primarily US and UK.

Compensation: Highly competitive salary with substantial performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
