Position: Junior Accounts ExecutiveDepartment

Finance & Accounts

Reporting To

Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English, and should be comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accounting records and documentation.
Process purchase invoices, expense vouchers, and payments.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prepare reports and MIS as required.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.
Maintain files and records in an organized manner.
Support the Finance team in various accounting and administrative functions.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Tally ERP, or similar accounting software is preferred.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements will be an added advantage.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to draft professional emails and reports.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Confidence in communicating with customers and vendors.

Behavioral Competencies

Attention to detail.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
