Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Engineer (Civil) with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and site management. The candidate will lead on-site execution of wastewater treatment projects, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, cost control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Manage end-to-end site execution of STP/ETP/WTP and related civil infrastructure projects.
Monitor project progress, prepare execution schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures for materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Review and interpret technical drawings; prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD as required.
Oversee material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges promptly.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety norms.
Maintain detailed site documentation including DPRs, progress reports, billing records, BOQs, and quality logs.
Support project billing, measurement verification, and client coordination.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
1-4 years of proven experience in civil construction and site management
Strong knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, and water-retaining structures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valid mode of transport for local travel within Bhopal.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh & have their own vehicle or can relocate to Bhopal on their own for the period, having their own vehicle for travelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
