Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic, confident, and people-friendly individuals to be the face of our brand. In this role, you will interact with walk-in visitors, introduce them to our VR experiences, and convert interest into ticket sales while ensuring an engaging and memorable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and greet tourists and visitors
- Deliver a short, engaging pitch explaining the VR experience
- Handle visitor queries confidently and build interest
- Convert walk-ins into paying customers and achieve sales targets
- Manage ticketing and assist with on-ground operations
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic presence at all times
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable visitor experience
Who Should Apply:
- Students, freshers, or professionals with strong communication skills
- Individuals with an outgoing, confident, and energetic personality
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or promotions is a plus
