Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership

Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programs.
Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and academic policies.
Monitor lesson planning, syllabus completion, classroom teaching, and learning outcomes.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Lead teacher mentoring, coaching, professional development, and performance reviews.
Improve academic standards through data analysis, remedial planning, and result-oriented strategies.

School Administration

Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the school.
Coordinate with Academic Coordinators, Heads of Departments, and administrative staff.
Prepare academic calendars, timetables, duty rosters, and substitution plans.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school policies.
Monitor attendance of students and staff.
Support school inspections, audits, and documentation.

Student Development

Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment.
Handle student discipline, counselling referrals, and grievance resolution.
Promote leadership, life skills, values, and extracurricular participation.
Oversee assemblies, competitions, Olympiads, educational trips, and school events.

Examination & Assessment

Oversee examination planning, execution, evaluation, moderation, and result analysis.
Ensure compliance with CBSE examination guidelines.
Monitor internal assessments, practical examinations, and academic records.
Develop improvement plans based on examination performance.

Parent & Community Relations

Build strong relationships with parents through PTMs and counselling sessions.
Address parent concerns professionally and effectively.
Represent the school in academic meetings, seminars, and educational forums.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws, school policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain academic records, documentation, and quality standards.
Support accreditation, inspections, and institutional audits.

Eligibility Criteria

Master's Degree in any discipline.
B.Ed. is mandatory; M.Ed. preferred.
At least 3–5 years in an academic leadership role such as Vice Principal or Principal in a National reputed CBSE school.
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020 implementation, school inspections, and educational technology.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
