We are urgently looking for a Personal Secretary to Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Personal Assistant to help with daily tasks, scheduling, and coordination. The person should be trustworthy, good at managing time, and able to handle different tasks smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

Manage calendar and schedule meetings/appointments
Answer calls and reply to emails
Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
Prepare basic documents and reports
Remind about important tasks and deadlines
Run personal or office-related errands if needed
Keep information private and confidential

Skills Required

Good communication skills
Good time management and organization
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google)
Ability to multitask
Honest and dependable

Qualification

Graduate preferred
Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is a plus
