Job Description:
Nexzen Infra is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute a ₹45 Crore Government Building Project in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for overall site execution, coordination with CPWD officials, billing, planning, and timely delivery of the project as per government norms and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site execution of the project.
- Coordinate with CPWD officials (EE/AE/JE) and other stakeholders.
- Handle RA bills, measurements, documentation, and compliance as per CPWD procedures and specifications.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and project timelines are maintained.
- Plan and manage labour, subcontractors, and material procurement.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Government Construction Projects.
- Experience working with CPWD projects is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CPWD specifications, billing procedures, BOQ, and measurement norms.
- Hands-on experience in site management of building projects.
- Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and site logistics effectively.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
