Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology, which is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with an NAAC A grade, is seeking Professors and Assistant Professors for various departments including Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering.

We are currently seeking reliable and highly-organized Professor and Assistant Professor candidates to join our outstanding faculty team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a specified number of courses, providing guidance and mentorship to students, attending departmental meetings, and offering academic support to senior faculty and other colleagues. Candidates should be able to maintain a consistent pace with course delivery.

Responsibilities:

Providing academic support to Professors and other staff, as well as assisting with various departmental duties.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring new Teaching Assistants (TAs) and other junior staff members.
Conducting research and publishing academic papers in scholarly journals.
Representing the university at conferences and delivering presentations as required. •
Teaching and supervising both undergraduate and graduate students.
Providing demonstrations and supervising experiments and investigations.
Addressing student queries and concerns in class, via WhatsApp, or over the phone.
Providing Professors and Department Heads with feedback on student progress.
Writing proposals to secure funding for research projects.
Attending faculty and departmental meetings to remain up-to-date with the latest developments and initiatives.

Qualifications::

A Master's or a Ph.D. in the relevant academic discipline.
Prior teaching experience in a college setting.
Possession of published works would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
A track record of actively attending conferences and other academic events.
Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
Demonstrated patience, understanding, and willingness to provide assistance.

The salary for all positions will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience, and will not serve as a limiting factor for the right candidate.
