Location: Bomikhal, Bhubaneswar (Work from Office)

Meinstyn Solutions is a growing software and digital solutions company focused primarily on custom software, web application, and technology-driven solutions. We work on scalable web applications, custom platforms, UI/UX-focused solutions, CMS systems, cloud deployments, digital solutions, and client-based software projects across multiple industries.

We are expanding our in-house development team and looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP Laravel, along with working experience in React.js and Node.js, to join our office team in Bhubaneswar.

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Full Stack Developer who can independently handle development tasks, contribute to new and existing projects, and guide junior developers when required.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge in Laravel development, frontend/backend architecture, API integrations, version control systems, and cloud/VPS deployment environments. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office environment and should be able to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize custom web applications using PHP Laravel.
Work on frontend and backend development using React.js and Node.js.
Handle both new and existing client projects independently.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, automation APIs, and custom system integrations.
Work with GitHub/GitLab for version control and team collaboration.
Configure, deploy, and manage applications on VPS/Cloud hosting environments.
Execute server-related tasks using SSH/Linux commands.
Guide and support junior developers when required.
Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications.
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver quality products.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and development practices.

PHP (Advanced)
Laravel Framework (Strong Practical Expertise Mandatory)

Cloud & Server Knowledge

VPS / Cloud Hosting Setup & Deployment
SSH & Linux Command Line Knowledge
Server configuration and application deployment

Preferred / Additional Advantage

Experience with custom API integrations
Payment gateway integrations
Authentication systems
Knowledge of scalable application architecture
Experience with modern development workflows

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong practical experience in Laravel is mandatory.
Experience in handling projects independently is required.
Ability to support or guide junior developers will be considered an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
(Based on skills, practical knowledge, and experience.)

Work From Office
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Break Time: 1 Hour
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Leave Policy: One additional leave may be availed without salary deduction. Further leaves will be subject to company leave policy.
