Position: Manager- Senior Executive
Base Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Reporting To: Dean
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activity of administrative processes
- Communication between centers, head office and the trust.
- Interface between dean, teachers, students, parent and HO.
- Transportation - Coordination with Transport department for smooth and timely pickup – drop [maintaining log book for in-out time (security), collecting student/parents feedback and analysis (complaint box at the gate – AO to consolidate complaint, route wise, vehicle wise once in a week and report to the dean) , collection of transportation fee. Stake Holders- Parents and Students.
- Assembly – Sound system, assembly speech schedule, tracking late comers, leave letter collection.
- Monitor the Students in each classroom via floor in charge.
- Ensure that the timetable and test schedule have been displayed on the notice boards and the students are informed.
- Ensure that assigned teachers are present at each class at the assigned time and for the assigned subject via floor incharge.
- Updation of daily attendance in pupil pod (before 11 am) via floor incharge and DEO.
- Ensure discipline and punctuality during breaks via floor incharge and security.
- Transfer the biometric data to HO at the end of the day
- Smooth conduct of games and respond to emergencies via sports incharge.
- Ensure that each student has left the premises after the dedicated closing time.
- Manage queries from stake holders.
- Counseling under-performing students
- Counseling students that have attendance issues Handling Disciplinary issues
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication skills (both English and local language – specifically during PU board formalities)and managerial skills
- Minimum computer knowledge and skills.
- Willingness to travel and available round the clock to the stakeholders.
