Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technology-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a finance leader who can build automated financial processes, strengthen controls, improve reporting transparency, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, ERP implementation, process automation, and strategic financial management.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Transformation & Automation
- Lead the implementation and optimization of cloud-based ERP systems
- Drive automation of finance and accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Develop real-time financial reporting and management dashboards
- Improve financial controls through technology-enabled solutions
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and enhance operational transparency
Financial Control & Governance
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and audit processes
- Monitor business performance and identify areas for cost optimization
- Review financial reports and ensure accuracy of management information
- Oversee revenue assurance and financial compliance initiatives
- Strengthen financial reporting frameworks across business operations
Strategic Financial Management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Optimize working capital and cash flow management
- Support business expansion through financial analysis and feasibility assessments
- Evaluate investments, capital expenditure, and growth opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Oversee banking relationships, guarantees, and financial obligations
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve financial processes
- Present financial insights and performance reports to senior management
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification may be considered
- 12–18 years of finance experience
- Minimum 5 years in a CFO, Finance Head, or senior finance leadership role
- Proven experience leading finance transformation and automation projects
- Experience managing large-scale business operations and financial controls
