About the Program:
JEEVIKA is a flagship rural livelihood initiative implemented by the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society under the Government of Bihar. The program focuses on strengthening rural livelihoods, empowering women through self-help groups, and improving service delivery through digital platforms and technology-driven systems.
Role Summary:
The Data Visualization Expert will support the JEEViKA project in transforming complex program and monitoring data into meaningful, interactive visual insights. The role requires designing and developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for program managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualization reports using modern BI tools.
- Convert large datasets into clear, actionable visual insights for program monitoring and evaluation.
- Work with program teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into dashboard specifications.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, MIS systems) into visualization platforms.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and updated regularly.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation before visualization.
- Support project teams in interpreting dashboard insights and generating analytical reports.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and visualization logic.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education -
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications), MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
Experience - Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in:
- BI dashboard development
- Data visualization
- Data analytics or reporting systems
Skills Required & Other Requirements:
- Strong experience in BI dashboard development and data visualization.
- Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
- Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data transformation.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel-based data analysis.
- Ability to present complex data clearly through charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with MIS systems or program monitoring data.
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
