Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized IVF Floor Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IVF center. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills and be capable of ensuring a smooth patient experience while supporting doctors and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow
Welcome and guide patients throughout their visit
Manage patient appointments and coordinate with doctors and nursing staff
Ensure timely movement of patients for consultations, investigations, and procedures
Maintain proper documentation and update patient records
Coordinate with reception, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and clinical teams
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled treatments
Address patient queries and provide general assistance
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and efficient workflow on the floor
Report operational issues to the management and assist in resolving them
Monitor patient satisfaction and help maintain a positive experience

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (healthcare administration experience is an advantage)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, clinic, or IVF center preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in patient coordination or hospital operations
Knowledge of IVF or fertility center workflows
Professional attitude with a patient-focused approach
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
