Job Description:
MMCH Siwan is hiring Senior ICU Incharge with strong ICU leadership experience. Candidates with Senior Resident (SR) / Junior Resident (JR) background in ICU will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall ICU operations & shift management
- Supervise ICU nurses & duty roster planning
- Coordinate with consultants, SR/JR doctors & OT/Emergency
- Monitor critically ill patients & ensure quality of care
- Ensure ventilator management, airway support & emergency response
- Assist in procedures including intubation & central line assistance
- Maintain ICU protocols, NABH guidelines & infection control
- Handle documentation, audits & handover
Required Skills (ICU – Senior Level):
- Advanced ventilator management
- Cardiac monitoring & hemodynamic monitoring
- Assist in intubation & airway management
- Code Blue handling & team leadership
- ICU documentation & compliance
- Staff supervision & coordination
Eligibility:
MBBS with ICU exposure / SR-JR ICU experience
Minimum 3–5 years ICU experience
Leadership & team management skills
Ready for rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
