Location: Saguna More, Patna (but you will work in a fixed small area)

About the Job
We are looking for honest and hardworking people to join our real estate team.
You will not have to run across all of Patna. Instead, we will give you one small fixed territory (area) to work in.
For example, your territory could be:
- Bailey Road, Ashiana More, Saguna Khagaul, OR
- Boring Road, Patliputra, Kurji, Digha, OR
- Kankarbagh, Rajendranagar, Kumhrar, Zero Mile
…or any similar small zone. You will only work in that one area. This makes your job easy and saves your time and petrol.
Your main job: find properties in your area, show them to customers (leads given by office), explain well, and close the deal.
What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Tasks)1. Search for Properties in Your Fixed Area
- Visit your assigned small territory (like Bailey Road or Kankarbagh) regularly.
- Find residential, commercial, industrial properties, lands, and plots that are available for sale or rent.
- Take photos and simple details (size, price, location, condition).
- Share this information with the office staff.
2. Work with Customer Leads
- The office will give you customer leads who want a property in your same territory.
- Call them, fix a time, and meet them at the property.
- Take them to the site on your two-wheeler.
3. Explain & Influence
- Show the property to the customer.
- Explain in simple words – price, nearby shops, roads, schools, etc.
- Answer all their questions politely.
- Help them understand why this property is good for them.
4. Close the Deal
- Help the customer agree to buy, take on rent, or lease.
- Coordinate with the office for paperwork, rent agreement, or sale deed.
- Keep following up until the deal is done.
5. Daily Reporting
- Tell the office every evening how many customers you met, how many sites you showed, and any deals that are close.
Your Territory (Very Important)
- You will be given only one small fixed territory – for example:
- Zone A: Bailey Road, Ashiana More, Saguna Khagaul
- Zone B: Boring Road, Patliputra, Kurji, Digha
- Zone C: Kankarbagh, Rajendranagar, Kumhrar, Zero Mile
- (Other similar small zones also possible)
- You do not have to go anywhere outside your zone.
- This means less travel, less petrol cost, and faster deals because you know your area well.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
