Lead and drive manual testing strategy for web applications, with a strong focus on UI/UX validation in eCommerce platforms.

Ensure exceptional product quality by identifying edge cases, usability issues, and hidden bugs that impact user experience and conversion.

Design, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases based on complex product requirements.

Take ownership of features/modules and ensure end-to-end quality assurance.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to validate requirements and improve product quality.

Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.

Actively participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and release validation.

Perform API testing, functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing.

Thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving release environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices across the QA team.

Continuously challenge assumptions and contribute to improving QA processes and product quality.
Full Time

B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or related subject from a reputed university.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Minimum 4 years of experience in Software QA with strong expertise in manual testing and leadership.

Proven experience in eCommerce application testing, especially UI/UX and user journey validation.

Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for visual and functional inconsistencies.

Strong ability in critical thinking, exploratory testing, and risk-based testing.

Experience in test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.

Hands-on experience with web and backend testing.

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.

Strong experience in API testing (e.g., Postman) and basic performance awareness.

Ability to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced delivery cycles.

Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a QA team.

Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for UI validation.

Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)

Experience with product analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)

Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation.

Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Sauce Labs)
