Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business development Executive to support business growth for our Digital Marketing & Branding agency. This role is ideal for MBA Marketing graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in corporate/B2B sales within the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with corporate and business clients
- Pitch digital marketing and branding services such as:
- Social Media Marketing
- Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)
- Branding & Creative Design
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Understand client needs and suggest customized marketing solutions
- Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales data, leads, and reports using CRM tools
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support senior sales managers in key accounts and negotiations
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and market competition
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Confidence in client interactions and presentations
- Negotiation and convincing skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Prior exposure to digital marketing or agency environment is an added advantage
